We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

No Reproduction: Your purchase of a fine art paper print, canvas reproduction, or custom pet portrait does not transfer any reproduction or exploitation rights to you.
Commercial Use Prohibited: You may not copy, scan, modify, resell, redistribute, or use any artwork or imagery from this website for commercial purposes without express, written permission from the artist. Jamie N. Miller retains all rights to create digital or physical reproductions of any series artwork.

Section 3 - Fine Art Reproductions & Artelo Fulfillment

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our paintings as accurately as possible on our storefront. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be 100% identical to the physical print.

All print fulfillment is handled securely through our third-party print-on-demand provider, Artelo. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or custom processing hold-ups.

Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 5 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
