RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our Policy on Custom-Made Art
Because JNM Fine Art operates on an on-demand model, we do not carry pre-made stock or a warehouse of inventory. Every fine art paper print is individually created just for you upon checkout. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse or accidental size selection.

We kindly ask that you carefully measure your wall space and review your cart items before completing your purchase.

Exceptions: Damages & Order Errors
While all sales are final, we want you to love your art. We will gladly issue a replacement or fix an issue under the following circumstances:

Fine Art Paper & Canvas Reproductions (Artelo Fulfillment)
If your print arrives damaged from transit, or if you receive the wrong print or size by mistake, please contact us at jnmiller@jnmfineart.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
  • We will coordinate immediately with our printing provider, Artelo, to ship out a brand-new, perfect replacement to you at absolutely no additional cost. You do not need to ship the damaged print back to us.
