SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Our Production Process
At JNM Fine Art, we operate under a sustainable, print-on-demand model to ensure the highest quality for your artwork. We do not carry pre-made inventory. Every fine art paper print reproduction is custom-printed, framed, and packaged just for you when you place your order.
Fulfillment & Shipping Timelines
Fine Art Paper Prints
- Production Time: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our archival-grade printing partner, Artelo, to print and/or frame your selection.
- Shipping Time: Once printed, packages are shipped from within the United States. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Shipping Rates & Tracking
- Tracking Your Art: The moment your artwork leaves the fulfillment facility, you will receive an automatic email notification with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
- Order Bundles: If you purchase multiple items or a complete collection bundle, they will be securely grouped together and shipped in a single box whenever possible.
Damages & Delivery Issues
We take great pride in our high-end, gallery-ready protective packaging to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition.
- For Fine Art Prints: In the rare event that a reproduction arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jnmiller@jnmfineart.com with clear photos of the damaged packaging and the print. We will work directly with our printing provider, Artelo, to send you a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost.
